The "7 Days" thing actually has to do with how long you'll live after becoming infected. At least that was the premise of the game, not so much any longer. Now, with all of the changes to the triggers leading to zombie behavior, you will likely die long before the 7 day limit. However, tele-hit is still a thing. It still happens because it's directly tied to the zombie hit animation. Even if you, somehow, fast travel to the edge of the map, the zombies hit will still land.

Hey Phil, I put wall torches in the caves as I go. It's a good way to know where you've been when you first go through and then when you revisit them to restock on ammo and other stuff, you can see without relying on your flash light or lighter as much. Another great video man! Loving the content!
