I think it was a mistake to have this on Starz. If they had done it with Netflix (which it’s still on now) it would’ve reached a larger audience. This show and American Gods were the only good shows Starz had.

They went with Starz because Starz was the only network that wouldn't censor them at all. They let them do whatever they wanted. Nothing had to be edited down or changed. But yeah, Bruce ultimately blamed the network being unknown as the reason why it was cancelled. According to him, nobody knew what Starz was or had a subscription to it, so nobody watched it.

Netflix would have the audience obviously but no one wants "modern Evil Dead" and worse CGI gore... The show was cancelled but the actual ending is great, with a bit of deja vu from Army of Darkness (DC) and the ideal one-liner any fan would expect. Also, a season 4 with Jessica Green... cancellation is definitely fine.

I strongly feel that (ASH VS EVIL DEAD) show series deserves to get rebooted. If it does get rebooted someday; I suggest have most of it, be just like the VideoGames of it, and include the characters from the VideoGames.

Rebooted?! Are you insane? No way, we need a continuation not a reboot. Doing of the original movie was okay because that plot can work without Ash, but to reboot this show and do it with Ash would like if miss the entire point of the show.

@@HOTD108_ I imagine the reboot of (ASH VS EVIL DEAD) show, a new version of Ash, starts out in his late teens, age:19 to be precise, on college vacation with his friends, and sister who is two years older than him. Later it shows the chain of events, that later show Ash in the far past, of the knights, former kings of ancient kingdoms, Ash fighting against demons, deadites, living images from a cursed mirror, skeleton soldiers, and zombies. Then before the first session ends on the last episode, it shows a woman getting possessed by an evil entity, then shows Ash killing that woman, and that ends that season. I imagine the Second Season of (ASH VS EVIL DEAD) show, introduces a message saying seven years later, and Ash is now 26years old. Ash is adjusting very well, being back home despite all he has experienced, most of the people in town are used to him, while some think he is weird. A few days later, three individuals visit Ash’s home town, a brother who’s age:21, his sister Mia who’s age:18, and the brother’s girlfriend who is age:20.
