Guy who killed Skip - Either Consort or Daniel because if you look closly at the guy who Richard was talking to, it looked liek the Capp manor (Go to Veronaville and click the capp manor and play as them and compare the living room to your Capp living room) as you see the recliner, the doors, the shirt and tie look so kmuch the same. But it could of been Daniel because the killer and Daniel both had the same gym clothes. Also, look at the far northwest and you will see it is him.
