Nice to see some views from this nice vessel, these arctic bulkers made by Warnowerft Warnemünde Germany (than GDR). In the early '80 ies i was a welder in the factory "Klement Gottwald Werk Schwerin" which was the constructor of the double board crans Type 4DSWK12,5 used for this type of arctic vessels. They could operate down to -40 degrees celsius as i remember. I'm not sure, but i think the last vessel of this handsome typ has gone for scrapping to Alani in early 2017.
