Hi new player is there a faster way to grind the event im struggling to beat some of the stages to get stuff from the event shop fast enough

Unfortunately there is no way around it, the only way to get mats for the treasure shop is to farm it through the Special stage. Repeat the solo one that you can handle since those are usually where the lower level items come from. Put extra characters on the backline to level them while you run that on repeat.
