Hello family. Pachownie is a lot of work but delicious once done and prepared especially with dhall and rice. Great team work cooking in the hot weather. Such fresh ingredients so I am sure it came out very delicious. Expensive but worth it once in a while. Rita I love your outdoor kitchen and collection. That mamajuana seal needs to break open it's a nice drink. Two great traditional Guyanese dishes family. Definitely a cold beer to wash that delicious combination down. Great job guys !
