Confused if this actually has a swivel head - it looks like the extension tube just twists freely but it isn't actually turning the head? I am used to Dyson ball so if I twist the handle the head will turn, which is great for getting under furniture.

I don’t know how Dyson vacuums work but o believe that they have more movement flexibility, just as I showed in the video this vacuum head turns sideways slightly with the vacuuming rod when vacuuming plus up and down but I think Dyson has more free movement

Make sure you close the latch on the box after closing it. The latch electrically bonds the shield of the lid to the shield of the body of the box.

Just a few notes. It's not a review if you don't do anything to test or use the device. This sounds like you are reading something, but never did anything to test the device, and you made no comparisons to other devices of it's kind. If you want to review things, it would probably go better if you use them, and others of it's kind, some of the popular ones, test their function, duration and durability. You do what you want, hope it works out.

This fan only moves the air fast around the room but it’s still the room temperature air so for hot rooms I would recommend real Air Conditioner . Whether window Ac or portable Ac

This fan is definitely not weak and I think it pushes nice amount of air but if You really want a powerful fan then buy 20 inch high velocity standing fan or floor fan , these 20 inch fans push crazy amount of air but are also pretty loud
