@@RenaChang-f9r no sorry. It’s there to be a resource. Can you tell me how many minutes in I said that. I think without rewatching it I’m referring to the passé composé tense as in subject auxiliary and past participle as opposed the imperfect. I often call it that x

@@logiclanguagelearningFrench I also have a little question if you wouldn't mind answering, in class we were correcting our grammar worksheets and there was this sentance to transform into the past : "Je ferme la porte derrière lui et je me demande" the "ferme" is obviously passé composé but he put the "me demande" as passé composé arguing that in the moment of closing the door the person thought, so it would be passé composé instead of imparfait even if it was a mental state... so would either way work?
