I truly miss Crumpler being in the US. I do hope they give it another go at some point - what's old is new again, and their bags and colors would be amazing to see out in the US again.

It seems like the company has folded.

Their warranty is as useless as their customer service. They want to sell you something, but cannot be found or heard from when you have a warranty claim.

I bought it to me when they still had lifetime guarantee, and it was a perfect bag. It travel probably 250,000 miles. Then they stopped doing a lifetime guarantee and the new measurements for airplanes. Well the wheels gotten away and I have yet to find that “ perfect“ bag yet

For anyone interested, the bag is in house brand (kinda), literally search for "Ebags Professional Travel Backpack" I own one not too bad for the price. Kinda like an entry level travel backpack I don't remember exactly but I think it cost me one third of a proper, brand name One Bag Travel Backpack (i.e. Peak Design 45l travel backpack)
