Should i risk the drop on a hardtail?
@RiderUnknownUK4 жыл бұрын
To be honest I’m probably not the correct person to answer this but I’ll give it a shot! I’d say it totally depends on experience etc. Some people could easily smash it on a hardtail or a jump bike. I wouldn’t personally do it on a hardtail but I have little to no experience of riding anything tough on one. If you’ve done any big jumps or similar drops before, give it a go, if not, maybe try some of the jumps or smaller drops first and see how it feels.

Where is route 3? Is it in the area if the first one u did?
@RiderUnknownUK4 жыл бұрын
As far as I’m aware route 3 was made especially for that event. I couldn’t tell you if it still exists or not. But if it’s there all you need to do is follow the track adjacent to the river heading out of the end to the car park. You’ll come to a bridge on your left and there is an uphill around there you have to take. Sorry I can’t be more precise, I’ve not been back since this day!

To be honest the red and the blue are both very doable routes even with little experience. Maybe do the blue first and see how they get on though. For yourself it might be worth a trip over to the “downhill” section for a bit ; it’s not steep and there aren’t any big jumps, but it has a few good little trails that have a bit more about them than the red/blue routes.
