In the video, you mentioned that by entering our competitor's name under "connections of," we can view their connections and identify whom they are following. Yup, you need to be a 1st degree connection of your competitor and they need to have their settings set to the default which allows you to see their connections. Some people are smart and changed it so you can only see mutual.

If your boss was really concerned about your welfare, you would never make it to PIP. Your boss is in the best position to know if you are headed to getting on PIP, and if he does not sit down with you and set up a joint action plan, yes you are going to need his help just as having you stay is going to make his life better, and follow up on that plan with you, executing his part as well, then you might as well just move on as no one cares and who wants to work in that environment.
