Can you compare the same flavor of each brand? Curious which brand has best fruit flavor. All reviews seem to favor fruit over other flavors but none compare among different brands.

On march 17 of this year my battle ropes arrived. I was only able to do 9 minutes. A few weeks later I moved to a 15 minute one. After a little bit i learned i had some more left in the tank. I recently moved to this 30 minute. It sucks so bad but i feel so good after i accomplish it. 10/10 would recommend. I come back 2 times a week to do this. The other days are for weight training. Im down over 20 pounds and continue to lose more. Thank you so much.

In the middle of 75 Hard and needed to change up my workout. Got a slam ball for Xmas and here I am. Been doing this every few days for a few weeks now. Ready for part 2 45min “slam” ball with more slams 😅. Ps this was my first KZbin workout video 💪

Omg!! Doing the 75 soft right now so I was looking for a 45 min medicine workout. Be careful what you ask for!! Avg HR 157- Active cal 508 - total cal 623. By round 32 I felt like I was going to throw up. I had to stop after round 39.
