Good stuff! While I like figuring things out myself especially as a first time 60 in classic I tend to get a bit lost with all the "chores" you have to do to hang with the cool kids.

Let me add a comment about assassination spec. Whether you’re a human rogue (which gets a +5 sword/mace racial) or not, assassination is a terrific spec to play when you want to use your best weapons, but those weapons happen to be of different types (for example, the Claw of the Black Drake fist weapon from BWL in your MH and the Core Hound Tooth dagger from MC in the OH). The spec really shines, though, if your crit chance is 30% or better (easily achievable with the usual raid buffs). Trust me… it’s fun!

What some rogues still don’t understand is that a correlation exists between hit and crit. If you stop stacking hit at 9% and call it a day, your crit is capped as well (although I’m at work now and don’t have that formula handy). If you stack crit like a crazy person, much of that stat will be wasted. Why? If you’re not hitting, you’re not critting. (And remember, we’re talking about your auto-attacks here [your “white hits”], not your hits from abilities [your “yellow hits].)

Sucks to be druid: 1. Resto specc (3+ different builds) 2. Boomking specc 3. Feral dps spec 4. Feral Tank specc 5. Various pvp speccs Also, getting the gear to all this haha... In all honesty; a dual pvp specc that get auto-loaded upon entering a BG wouldnt be bad. It would have little impact on the game since it can only be used inside BGs. Also, respeccing should obviously be free from level 10-59 or cost maximum 1g. It's healthy game design to let people try various speccs before they invest 1000 hours getting their main specc gear at level 60.

Most raiding guilds request all raiders have engineering to use Sapper Charges.

Thanks for making this. I haven't played in about 12 years, and I just signed up again for classic WoW. I'm trying to figure out which spec. I want, and this video helped. I like how in classic, you can really fine-tune a character. (Actually, I tried playing for a month back around 2013, and I hated how dumbed down they made the point spec.)
