حکومت کے ٹیکس سسٹم کی وجہ سے پورے پاکستان کی پراپرٹی کی قیمتیں مزید کم ہوں گی بائیر کم ہو رہا ہے اور سیلر بڑھ رہے ہیں۔ لوگوں نے بینک میں پیسے رکھ کر بحریہ میں گھر کراۓ پر لئے تھے وہ بھی مارک اپ کم ہونے کی وجہ سے بحریہ سے جانے کے لۓ پرتول رہے ہیں لوگ صرف تفریح کے لۓ اور پکنک منانے کے لۓ بحریہ کا رخ کرتے ہیں اور بھی کئی وجوہات ہیں بحریہ کے نہ اٹھنے کی۔

Agreed with above Analysis, end user must buy ( mainly built property) ASAP to avoid tough situation later. Because this is rule in Bahira property market, currently it is recovery in decline happened in last 2 years.

Write my words Till June 2024, property will decline 15/20% unless the government moves their pension funds into the property market (like they did in stocks).

Good to promote Bahria Town as the best place in Karachi to live and work with the international level infrastructure. But with that Bahria needs to produce some educational Videos for these people to live and keep the environment clean and not to through garbage on the roads as well as open areas. Strict Monitory fines should be imposed not on the residents but the visitors.
