Thank you for your great videos! It would be nice if you can re record this video in particular cuz it keeps disconnecting somehow. Maybe it’s the poor video quality? It sounds like you keep repeating yourself. Normally you wouldn’t. I appreciate it!

what are you doing? dont real counter slide have a "grid system" and you count whats inside a grid?
@rosslangstonify2 жыл бұрын
I think you are referring to a hemacytometer which you can use to estimate absolute numbers of wbcs. A differential wbc count is typically conducted on a dried blood smear and examines relative proportions of wbcs.
@lunam72492 жыл бұрын
@@rosslangstonify i still dont understand????? you randomly moved the slide, then you saw and counted.. then you randomly moved the slide again and counted...WTH were you counting relative to what ??? relative to what? relative to where on the slide???
@gto11520 Жыл бұрын
@@lunam7249 i think you need to chill out bro. he was doing a 100 wbc diff with a battlement pattern. until he counts up 100 wbc then his relative wbc count is done. please know the difference between relative count vs absolute count.
@lunam7249 Жыл бұрын
@@gto11520 thx 4 your "help".....wbc is vague, nuetrophil, basophil, ect....what is he looking for?your saying hes trying to get the relative percentages?
