I don't think you need to use lumion for this .....just sketchup and photoshop is enough.

some imperfections and scaling the materials would make the maquette render much better. Also, try using studio lighting within Lumion. Good work my man

Hey, really glad that you found the video useful. I got the base image used in this video from pexels.com which is free website for stock footage and pictures, but the idea here was, if you have any site photo may be a drone shot, how to use that in your site analysis.😇
