If only I knew how easy it would be, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t have any cravings at all, for me the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after go’ogling and following Steffon Barkload’s and quitting because I just wanted to.

If you are stuck in chronic pain and have been for 20 plus years, how do you start this practice? Do you just go for it daily and use it everyday? How often should you practice? I am already doing my own form of a DNRS round, somatic tracking, meditation and qigong, walking in nature and have good nutrition and rest, relaxation good sleep hygiene each day. I am probably Howard Schubiner's biggest fan. In 11 months I have come off all my medications, (12 in total) I am opening up my world day by day and feeling calmer and safer, experiencing less and less panic. My nervous system is much calmer. At the height of my illness, I had over 40 symptoms. Now I am left with three - chronic headache (that sometimes tip into severe, debilitating migraines), upper body, shoulder, neck, jaw and chest pain (which in my opinion is just muscular tension caused by years of being in chronic pain) and anxiety. I know that EFT will help me, I would just like a bit of instruction of how to incorporate it into my day please? ❤ xxxx

Oh wow you've done fantastic with your healing journey so far, huge congrats and well done, that takes a lot of time and dedication. If you can I would use it daily even just for a few minutes, find a time that works for you maybe just before bed or while in bed. But something is better than nothing so even a few times a week - if you feel a benefit from it keep going, if you don't then maybe the tapping needs to be more specific to your own experience and healing journey. Hope this helps and best of luck xx

I’m 15 and i’ve always had excruciating pain when it comes to menstruation. I’ve been taking birth control for about a year, and two weeks ago i’ve decided to stop taking it due to me not being fully developed and in fear of messing up my body because of it. Just about half an hour ago, I had arguably the worst pain of my life in the lower right area of my torso, due to cramps. Alongside 2 tablets of midol, and two cheesy gordita crunches from tacobell to take my mind off the pain, this video is life changing. i feel forever indebted and as if i’ve cheated the woman experience… and has also left me with confidence to continue on without birth control. I was seriously contemplating to get back on it due to the pain.

I'm so so thrilled you are listening to your body AND you've found something that's worked for you. I was there, like you at 15 in so much pain and felt totally hopeless. Many times I felt like I was dying. It took me years to regulate my hormones to conceive when I was 30 coming off the pill, so I think it would be so amazing if you can manage through this without it, keep me posted and so happy you found this xx

I have to say, I don't often leave comments, but I suffer regularly from migraines and usually just have to put up with them and this is the first time I seem to be able to contain it before it gets worse. I will keep doing it and hopefully it will start to reprogram my body's nervous response. Thank you
