This song tears me up. My mom left us when I was 7 and my brother 4. She was a lacy and idk if other things were involved but I was SA while she was in the next room with drunk friends. I didn’t see her for 12 years. She’s alive but she doesn’t feel like a mother 😢

I’m not religious but I do love this kind of music. My great-grandfather was a Baptist preacher from Eastern Kentucky and he used to have his own radio show, so I guess it’s in my blood.

The Warning is also using (prerecorded) backing tracks along with their instruments. There's a gear rundown with Pau where she explains how she's running the MIDI tracks.

Enjoy you! If chance...check out the ERAS tour performance of this song and others in Reputations segment of it to compare. Performances are even better IMO. Also VIGILANTE SHIT and WILLOW on ERAS tour.

I commented this on an older video but thought you might have a better chance of seeing it on a newer one, so I think you should react to drown by Tyler Joseph(singer of twenty one pilots) it is a really deep song and has a very religious undertone to it, I think you’d like it

Pretty sure it was on the radio a few times when it came out.

I know I’m kinda late, but If you like the tøp songs with the religious vibes, you should check out drown by Tyler next, it’s really deep

First time I heard this song I was driving on the freeway and had to pull over cause I couldn't see from crying so hard. He traded his life for hers. she was in her own Prison from being abused. at the end when you see her walking away free and him in changes it show the exchange his life for hers. and she also drives away in his truck free just like he drove in a free person in the beginning.

from one interpretation of the songs Gods is sleep in a tirade against vessel because in the previous song Give he says that he “will be watching for your enemies to let them know that they contend with me.” Being vessel brought up sleep’s enemies she reminds him of his place and how the gods are not to be played with

Did you happen to know that Taylor does sings of her songs on her tours. She has never ever lip sing her songs in any of other songs like other artists do. She doesn’t talk to anyone but her crew before her shows. And she doesn’t even talk to anyone after her shows. She has to save her voice. Just so she can be true to herself and her swiftie’s. She is the best real real deal. That is the reason that she so beloved artist in the world 🌎. And that’s why I love her. Because sometimes when she is on stage. Wardrobe. Malfunctions. And her microphone 🎙️ doesn’t work. Sometimes she has ear 👂 piece goes out in the middle of her singing. Just look at her videos. And when all that happens. She makes jokes about it. And she is really funny about the situation. And she also has her concerts out in the rain 🌧️ out in an open auditorium. Just as long that it is not thundering and lightning outside. She truly loves and cares for swifties. Just do a lot of homework 📚 on her.
