It was a great interview and I was made to be very comfortable doing it. I owe my life to so many people who have helped, be it nurses, doctors, surgeons, physios, nutritionists etc etc. One day maybe I'll be asked back again when the journey is complete...

This is really a great presentation and super informative. I have had the invasive procedure and will consider needles in the future.

on 22nd Feb I have undergone CT.scan in Medanta and observed that all my three artlaries are blocked. I was advised open heart surgery. Since there was a risk of survival I gave my consent. On 23rd Feb open heart surgery carried out by the Best surgeon of the world Dr.Naresh Trehan. on 3rd Mar I was discharged. The recovery was so excellent that I was allowed to walk on 25th Feb. I though this msg wants to convey to all who feels congestion in chest while walking or on using stairs.pl do not take lightly. If there is life there's everything. take advise from good Hospital like Medanta

One important piece of information I don't believe was included was the duration of the procedure. It would be useful to know this.

I just had this done yesterday. Kept my shoes and cloths on. No need to be nervous your in and out. They told me 30 minutes on the phone. they say it's only takes like 3 minutes on the table. The rest is prep time. It didn't even feel like one minute. The iv was no problem you feel warm then it passes really quick. I'm a panic attack person and trust me don't worry. A lot easier than it looks. I would do it again in a heart beat. I did it with no drugs or sedation very quick. Just breath think happy thoughts and close your eyes if you will feel more comfortable. This is not like an MRI even though it looks similar. I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. Tell the nurses and technicians you're nervous and they will ease your mind and they told me don't worry they could get you out of the machine in a heartbeat if needed. That they can hear and talk to me the hole time. You hold your breath when they ask and stay still. I was so nervousness before hand had trouble sleeping and all. So if I can help one person glad to share my experience with them. I will get the test results today it only takes a day. I drank two banana flavored drinks one I drank two hour before the test and another one hour before the test. Thick milky tasted ok. They come in vanilla, mocha, berry, and banana I didn't have to drink anymore then the two bottles. Not like the old chalky stuff they had years ago. The iv don't worry very easy no big reaction. Just a little warm goes away so quickly you feel totally normal. Good luck and don't worry you will be fine any question feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] All the best...
