You need to empty your AC system before injecting it and then refill your system back.

@@taimoor1100 The way I've done it was in a shop with an AC automatic machine, first AC system was recovered, then Wurth Stop Leak was injected and finally recharged the system again.

@@b.b.3723 That sounds like it makes sense, thanks. But if the AC gas has been evacuated, the compressor won't run when the AC is turned on. Does this matter? I thought the compressor would need to be running to pull the stop leak solution out of the syringe and into the low pressure line. So, will the stop leak solution inject into the low pressure line without the compressor running?

@@leonw1710 Yes it will, the Stop Leak solution will circulate after being injected without the AC gas. Once refilled with AC gas it will circulate the whole system. So far my AC is working like a charm.

Hi, generally no need to remove any Rost Off PLUS after application unless you wish to do so. To remove it, just use a hydrocarbon brake cleaner or IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to wash down the surfaces.

As a rule, the broken bolt or stud would be centre-punched to keep the drill running true, but it becomes increasingly critical to do so if the break is uneven. Sometimes the part needs to be mounted in a pedestal drill jig to hold everything centred so as to increase the chances of a successful removal.
