Well done!! This can be applied to not only musicians but also to any performer or educator! Flexible, open, know your role, show up on time, know who you are working with/for, and the experience you want to give to your guests/students! OMG - I sometimes forget to SMILE because I am "preparing in my brain" EVERYTHING I want to share...YOU are THE performer and, in the best of times, an Expert!

8:20 is one of my best moments of the season. The floor is pretty nice if I do say so myself.
