I had no issues with AC even at 45 degrees. Just that it takes 5-10min more to cool the cabin when compared to Hyundai Maruti.

You need to drive the car for about 20-25kms to get a good mileage figure. My new car (only 50kms on ODO) gave me 18kmpl during an early morning drive in Delhi as I drove for about 35kms. In very heavy traffic you’re not going to get more than 10kmpl.

Hi Rohit, Congratulations firstly. You don’t necessarily need to fill XP95. It’s been a year almost with my car and I have always used normal petrol only. No warranty issues.

It changes as you drive. Go for a long drive and you’ll see the difference. I’ve seen 700+ but only once. Mostly I see 580kms.

I have no experience of VW service hence can’t comment. They should be more or less similar in my opinion.

1. Bhimtal is more commercial, Naukuchiatal is less commercial, more nature. Decide based on what you want. 2. Mid Oct to Mar is the best time to visit. You get to see beautiful Himalayas everywhere. 3. Choukori - In my opinion, this place should only be considered for a short halt but it's individual's choice to decide.

Hi, I sold my Honda WR-V after just 2000kms of driving with Ceats however, in my new car Kushaq too, I got Ceats as stock tyres with specs 205/55 R17. Driven more than 17,000kms in less than a year. Mostly driven on highways, hills and rough roads. In my opinion, you can definitely go with Ceats. Like I always say, they are more value for money than any other brands. The size you mentioned 215/60 R16 falls in Ceat SUV category which are way more durable than other normal tyres. On the parameters you listed... 1. Noise - I don't feel any increased noise levels at high speeds. 2. Noise with worn out tyres - This is something I'm yet to test but it could be the same with other brands too. But I'm not sure at this point. Till 17,000kms, they're as good as new. Bridgestone Ecopia was a horrible experience however. 3. Puncture - Luckily, I've only had one puncture till now after driving 17,000 kms on my new Kushaq. Have driven on highways, rough roads, bad roads etc. So, I'd say getting a puncture is how unlucky you can get. 4. Material - Like you said, Ceats fall somewhere in between soft and hard compounds and I think that makes them best for Indian road conditions. 5. Handling - I've never had issues with handling, cornering etc. Ceats give me great confidence while driving. I've also driven in 45 degrees with a fully loaded car at 90-100kmph for 500kms. No issues. 6. Mileage - I've been able to extract highest practically possible mileage with Kushaq with Ceats. Conclusion - I'd suggest go ahead with Ceat. Performance is good overall. Mileage is 8-10 in very heavy traffic. 10-14 in moderate traffic.

After sales I’ve no idea yet but it won’t be as good as Maruti or Hyundai. Maintenance - I negotiated to get the service maintenance package free of cost at the time of delivery due to which I’ll get zero bill for 4 years or 60,000kms. First service already done with a zero bill amount.

5400/- per tyre in Jul 2023
