I love when 2 people with ADHD can come together and actually stay the course of the conversation! I usually talk in concentric circles but I managed to keep it linear for the most part.

The guy in the hat is talking absolute nonsense. There are people who have to drive the ambition to make it online and they just simply dont. Tool

completely disagree. it depends on the person. I do much better bring able to feel my feelings and distraction makes me really depressed with a big crash. someone bring in and understanding the emotion with me, allowing me to be how I am will lift me out of it, not forcing me to be like them/make them comfortable by looking healthier while they never have to see how I actually feel. I find prole doing that really not about love but about feeling like they're doing a good thing whether or not it helps that individual.

Maybe explain what its like to be a new mom. The struggle and all of it. No one talks about it until it actually happens and thats where kids and teens get confused and they truly dont understand things. Things they NEED to understand. Just like knowing about miscarriages and how common they are and forced labor, c sections, death during pregnancy, deformed/disabled babies, ALL of it

I agree with the others, say the truth! Word it nicer if you have to, like for example "mom had to have abunch of little ones one right after another, so my brain was so foggy i couldnt see or do much besides the small amount, but now that i can see past the fog i can do fancy stuff again"
@siouxzyable5 ай бұрын
You say that. You acknowledge it just as you are now. “I know sweetheart you deserve to feel special. I’m sorry you didn’t get this from me then. Would you like fancy lunches like this now? I wasn’t able to do that when you were little but I’m able to now”
