I would prefer not to agrue within our fan base. Patience is what I would stress. Novell has the list of players their abilities. He is not going to get everyone on that list. He gets a fair share of those on his list. Cation to relying on industry scored players. Might be a 5 star plus for performance in high school. If the player is not willing to put in the work or the player is not coachable that player might not be worth the time and effort. If we continue to pull the majority of our recruits from Florida. We will be fine. Norvell knows how to build a team. Knows how to player development. Player development only happens when the player is coachable. Finding players with the right fit and the right mindset is a priority. Not all blue chip industry recruits are coachable. Great evaluation. Fear the Spear!
