I'm rollin' on my back, like a turtle on its shell, Workin' out my spine, feelin' every swell. My shoulders are so sore, I need a little relief, Rollin' back and forth, until I'm feelin' chief. Roll out, roll out, roll out, roll out, Feel the tension release, all around. Roll out, roll out, roll out, roll out, My muscles are so tight, I gotta let it out.

WTF are you talking about. There's no such thing as the lateral quad or the medial quad.
@ruben-lifts27 күн бұрын
The quadriceps are a muscle group with four heads: the Rectus Femoris, the Vastus Lateralis (lateral quad), the Vastus Medialis (medial quad), and the Vastus Intermedius. So yes, those are things. Try not to comment if you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Thanks for the thorough explanation. I have always had ankle probation but in the past two years have had knee pain and problems. Hopefully these techniques will help me!

Foam rolling is removing the pain but in the process, it's PAINFUL.

So, trigger point claims that the ridged areas of their foam roller acts like a massage therapists thumb, fingers, and palm. The million dollar question is, how does an inanimate object know which part of your body requires which part of the therapists hand? And how does it know it's on the right area of your body to be using that hand part?

Good way to look at it, although the shoulder is way more complicated than the glutes. There's real complexity in the scapula and all the rotator cuff muscles which just isn't quite the case with hips and pelvis Never mind needing your arms for sports. You need them for everything: dressing, bathing, cooking, eating, .......... living!

Hi, Im curious as to why I cant find the roller I bought from Academy made by your company with your logo on your youtube channel. Its a super intense black roller with spikes and is fantastic for releasing muscle knots. Im just surprised its not even shown on your channel. Any reason why?
