Where did you find a service manual , I can't find one anywhere ?
@siemprefeliz13 ай бұрын
Next time you change the hydraulic filter use a shop vac in the fill tube. My dealership service manager stated that is what they use to prevent all that fluid from draining out when unscrewing the filter. He stated using that method you may just get a few drops of fluid as the shop vac air pull prevents the fluid from pouring out.

Absolutely. Unless you have the rear seat body, lift kit, and have removed it a few times.

Orange wire off the solenoid fires the solenoid to provide power to the starter Gen to roll in engine over. Some units when the pedal is depressed nothing happens then stabbing the throttled pedal again it starts to roll over. This is that micro switch where the orange wife plugs in that switch the lever needs to bent out a bit to insure the switch does it job. Fixed 50 carts with this hesitation then stabing the throttle issue . MAD MAN. Madmangolfcartrepair ( you Tube ). Merrill Mi.

Im doing a 50 hour service . Do I need to change the hydraulic fluid? Where do I add the fluid?
@intheshedwithred50677 ай бұрын
Hydraulic fluid is at 100 hours. Drain plug is mid rear axle. Add fluid to port beside right side of seat above orange HST filter on my machine (2021). Some other years are different.

@@intheshedwithred5067 understood , I wanted to go up to the next size ( the dk model ) cuz it would be easier to set logs up on my sawmill but I'm only on 2 acres and the cx size will work better I think for maneuvering

hey, you may want to update title to say it's the CX2510, as there are multiple "2510" models ie CK, CS... the cx2510 is newer, and there aren't many videos like this for it... so adding the CX to your title might drive more traffic your way

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY THE PRICE OF OIL, FILTERS ECT? TOOK MINE IN FOR A SERVICE, OVER $500. I CAN DO IT MY SELF...

$150 roughly. I bout the filters from my dealer (including fuel filter which I didn’t change but probably should’ve). Took maybe an hour with shooting the video.

This tractor is a beast for its size. I have probably worked it harder than it should be worked. We just finished planting 15000k pine trees with it and a single seat planter this week putting over 40 hours on it. I only wish it stood a few inches higher to get a little more lift height. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. 100 hour service this week.

Your hydraulic filter came off way easier than mine, I was cursing the factory for welding the dam thing on I bent two ring-type wrenches getting it off ......You did lose a bit more fluid than me, I'm glad that job is done for a while!

I think I had overfilled mine some. Overall it’s a big mess but much cheaper than having the dealer do it. I just rolled over 100 hours so it’s time to do it again now (hopefully smoother this time).

Red - I have a 1995 Club Car DS also. It came with a manufactured home that I purchased in a retirement community near Phoenix, Arizona. The man that owned the cart and the home had passed away. Someone replaced the OEM starter generator on the cart with a cheap knock off. When it quit, it quit. There are no replacement brushes available like an OEM units would have. The cart might be worth about $1300-$1500 if it was running. So an OEM part would be out of the question. My question is - How has the AMD Nidec Starter/Generator worked out for you?

Did they have a separate flasher for the emergency flashers? I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with my brake lights. They had the flasher in the wrong place on my truck. We moved it and got the emergency flashers working but the brake lights and blinkers still don’t work. Thanks for the video
