I see that this was from a year ago, but how is your sweet Honey doing a year later? She looks like my first cat, Alex! I'm going to take my cat, Socks for her first injection next Tuesday. Honey is beautiful!

Shes still doing well mobility wise but I wasn't told of her real age which she is 4 years older my vet says so 14 now, so has dental issues and cysts in her ears and to unstable for surgery....the solensia, which she still gets monthly, has been definitely giving her energy and a better quality of life though!!!! She is my rockstar!

@@remedyke1 I'm glad she's well with her mobility. So sorry about the other health issues. Awee, your precious Honey is 14. My two girls, Socks is 15 and my Chloe is 14. They have their health issues, but they are doing well and I am grateful to the Lord for the healing He's done in their bodies. Glad you still have your Rockstar! I pray she will be well. 🤗 Thank you.

Honey is still doing amazing!!! I highly recomment Solensia...she is still getting it each month. I bring her to the vet office and the techs give it. I only pay for the injection fee but they give it for free...ty for asking

Its on amazon. Its called a cat muzzle...the best I saw by far and no fogging up....lots of little breathing holes...

I was born with hydro. I have had 11 surgeries. None after I stopped growing at 14. I am 47. So I hope you will be ok soon

Listening to you talk so openly in some of your vids was such a blessing to me several years back. I was in such a dark hopeless place where I could not even get out of bed. For whatever reason, listening to you was a calming distraction from my own problems.

Omg...I’ve been wondering about you but couldn’t remember your name or channel. I was telling somebody recently how when I was severely depressed, listening to you talk helped sooth me when I could hardly function. That was like 7 years ago and now I’m doing great. Good to see you again!

That was a few yrs ago roomys other cat who actually died of diabetic ketosis last year. The vet gave other cat medication to treat the anemia.

Hello, I recently came across your videos because I was searching “feline anemia” as my cat Edgar was recently diagnosed. I’ve noticed you have a few videos of cat shadow since the video you posted about his/her diagnosis, and I’m wondering how the meds are going and if you guys have had any luck on finding the reason behind his Anemia? My cat just got put on steroids and I’m worried sick and would love some words of advice if at all possible. Thank you!

Shadow had a low immune system and was also put on steroids for anemia. He was very sick. It was scary to see as you probably can relate. I don't know what caused his anemia. I just thought it was do to his low immune system. Unfortunately my roommate had to put him down earlier his month. He was sick but did get better from the anemia so stay close to vet and kept reaching out. There is a group on FB called "support group for sick felines (cats) which has many members and has helped me. I hope your cat will have a speedy recovery.

@@remedyke1 thank you so much for replying. Im sorry to hear that she had to put him down, but im glad he got to move past the anemia and live a little longer. He's lucky to have you as his companion even if you are not his "direct" mother. :) Thank you for the words of advice and I will definitely look into the FB page and will continue to take him in blood work. I was misdiagnosed nhas several surgies befire being diagnosed with interstial cystitis 5 yrs ago. Ive been on oxtbutin since 2006. Its ok..but my visions pretty bad. I now have bilateral interstims ( pacemajers) yes diet can help! Im off soda but im vegan so i still eat tomatoes :/

Oh my so many side effects. I heard some long term users are getting dementia. My pharmacist says they don't know if it's related. I came off the diet because I started getting feelings of depression and I find I'm doing well with just the meds. I have my first follow up go appointment with a resident this time for med renewal on April 16th 2019.

My cat Jake is anemic. We went to the vet Friday, he gave me liqui-tinic and I have been dosing him twice daily. He stopped eating Sunday and is wasting away. I'm frantic. Going back to the vet today, I have to get help, he is the worlds best cat and I can't stand seeing him suffer.

Mirtazapine as an appetite stimulant works really well for cats. Vet needs to prescribe it. That's what we've always gotten from the vets. I'm glad you are taking Jake back to the vet! Roommates cat got better and I hope the same for Jake!

Well, at one point you finally have to decide living with your roommate with all the side effects or living without such unpleasant nightly happenings. ... To the LoA, simply when that what you want is in line with how you are and feel inside it becomes reality. Often things people want to realize doesn't fit with other thoughts and values in them, that's why the LoA fails.

Hi there, long time no see. Seems physical problems are showing up for many of us. Easter last year I had a heart attack, now I have 8 stents in my heart. A former colleague from me had a stroke in January last year. Then she had to undergo a brain surgery this year in January, since then I didn't heart from her. Sending you all the blessings across the ocean.

I had a social media friend go into hosp in Sept and she never posted since....its sad not knowing if they are ok. No brain surgery for me, yet...a friends dad has a stent in his heart...doing good as new seems like. Glad you are ok...medicine is wonderful....

Try on line first....I have been doing on line meetings and aside from sometimes technical glitches I really enjoy them and they are less intimidating....As they are not supposed to replace the in person meetings you can maybe work your way to an in person meeting...if you want or in the meantime at InTheRooms.com where I go you can usually get sponsors if you ask...if not right away new people with experience from in person meetings are always coming to that site....its free to join...during the video meetings there is a pay pal basket for bandwidth fees but its not mandatory to chip in

@@lucidkate your name didn't come up on intherooms.com. you can add me. I'm remedyke. I don't go to alanon anymore so I am not sure if there are online sponsors. I have been using my therapist as a sponsor and that has been working. I would go to meetings and say you are looking for a sponsor and if that doesn't work write a post on the message board. I hope this helps.

Been on cipralex for 6 months ,taking half a pill a day (10mg) ,then I stopped taking it everyday and instead I chose to take it when I feel the effects of not taking it,so i start to feel dizzy while walking ,but just the left side of the body (about 2 days without cipralex),if I don't take half the pill ,in the 3-4 th day the dizzy sensation spreads in all my body and I can barely walk,weird thing is I don't go into a panic attack...I try to not use meds for em anymore but it's hard without...I'm having a visit to the shrink next week,gonna ask him what's up with all that,sorry for the long comment..
