Thank you for this beautiful and encouraging message! On the same note is an idea that comes from R' Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev. He explains that although one is not allowed to write on shabbos, they are permitted to do so if it is in an effort to save a life. So especially when YK falls on shabbos, R' Levi Yitzchak was very calm because even Hashem wouldn't write on shabbos unless it is to save a life. We can, therefore, have the confidence that we will be inscribed in the book of life because writing on shabbos is only permitted in order to save a life.
