I was at this conference. I thought unions were about helping improve my wages, number of sick days, benefits and securing a pension. I had no idea they were so entwined in the NDP party. The entire week was focused on voting for resolutions to advocate for more of this very leftist agenda. More SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) in public schools. Legalize protections for schools to keep children transitioning a secret from parents, more legal protections for men to enter women's safe spaces and sports, and more legislation to criminalize any speech that does not affirm these beliefs, including using pronouns that match an individual's sex, rather than gender, or pointing out that not a single child's body has been recovered in these so called, "mass graves" under residential schools or churches. They were also referring to each other as "comrade," which typically aligns with communist or socialist ideologies. And they made no secret they were anti capitalist.

Besides this game is buggy and the stage level Boss destroys you by over taxing you in the end. There is no storyline and no direction. She has no power ups and has extremely poor character attributes. She keeps repeating the word "LNG" when she jumps. It must mean "Liberals No Good" or "Lobbyists Nice Guys?" Or maybe she's just really nervous that she sweats profusely like a dog in a chinese restaurant. She hasn't changed her haircut in 16 years, so what kind of changes does one think is going to happen? Increasing minimum wage won't reduce poverty. The companies/businesses will just end up increasing the cost of their products/services. That is how inflation works. The best way to reduce poverty is to reduce the cost of living. Keeping the costs of food, housing, utilities, transportation, and healthcare down would do far more than increasing the minimum wage. I think setting a maximum cap on how much people can make will do more than setting a minimum wage. Preventing companies from paying CEOs and other people at the top millions of dollars in wages and bonuses would force companies to invest that money in other areas like expansion or employee benefits.
