Even tho I've been working with pallets for 3 years now I've kept on being told I'm doing it wrong and this video here is helpful proof that I'm doing things the correct way, thank you!!

I didn’t listen, I was ok 10000 times lifting how it was comfortable for me, it only took one to take me out of the game for a couple of years. Then a car crash finished my back off so I’m in pain all the time now

Good tip, but it only works if you're standing in one spot striming.a better tip would be to focus more on making sure your harness is balanced. Handle in the right position, so you're not leaning forward. That's more important. Take it from someone who is strimmed 8 hours a day😂

Well you're not going to do your back in picking up a "long, thin" item that doesn't weigh much. Maybe if it was a massive steel scaffolding pole.

You'd actually be surprised, 9/10 the injury is caused by lifting something that isn't heavy with improper technique

Reminds me of my cpc training for my daily checks. 10mins, thats all that it needs to show on the tacho that you did them. We watched some desk jockey in a high vis do an hour long walk round. We were howling.
