Wow! How great this is. One of Jack's finest tunes by one of this generation's finest singers. All this with a band that knows the charts and the spirit. Coincidentally, I discovered today that a deluxe multi-disc version of 'Songs for a Tailor' c/w a DVD of the documentary 'Rope Ladder to the Moon' is now available (Cherry Red Records label). For those unaware, 'Never Tell Your Mother...' featured Jon Hiseman, Chris Spedding and George Harrison (as 'L'Angelo Mysterioso') as the rhythm section.
