did you have to modify the underside of the hood in order to close the hood? i thought he felt under the hood changed shapes in 2017 to fit the larger supercharger lid

I did not have to drill into my bumper because the Z51 already has a rear spoiler from the factory so your just replacing the new spoiler with the old one and using the same drill points. But if yours doesn't have a rear spoiler from the factory then you will have to drill the holes for it to work. They will give you a template so it will look like factory.

Folks: don’t do this to your car unless you’re tracking it. It’s just a parachute slowing the car down and eating more mileage. I’m in a z06 and still go down to the lowest spoiler (remove the winglets) for a faster car.

I have driven both and I like the C7 driving experience over the C8. Plus I like the C7 corvette look over the C8 Corvette look and I want a boosted vette from the factory. Just a couple of factors that are going into my decision.

My 2014 has been a great car so far as well. A Lime Green Premiere Edition vert. 60k miles. Noticed when you pushed to crank you held button until engine started. I just push and let off without keeping depressed and it starts every time. Just FYI😊

I had to go to Lowes or Home Depot to get some screws that would drill into the winglet and then into the splitter from the inside out, not from the outside drilling into the splitter so you can see the screws, I didn't want to see them

Yea I ordered the same splitter from extreme online store and they sent winglets with no screws or tape which was kinda weird and they are being cheap about it when the winglets and splitter is almost 500 I’m kinda disappointed in them it makes me not wanna purchase from them again
