Only few and you take is a generalization. But even so what else do you have for someone who is from lower middle class? India is a 3rd world country. Good for you.. You are privileged.. Also, the rise of specialised doctors is because of patients themselves.. They are not opting for just mbbs doctors.. They are getting educated by google.. Education is now not limited.. Extra investigation because now the standard protocol is shifting towards evidence and less on intituition.. I don't think WHO has just one guidelines. They are going for general rules for basic stuff.. They do know about personalised approch. Pharmacogenomics is one such field which closely ties to the idea of personalised approch.. Several DM level courses like clinical genetics and sub organ level specialization helps focus on more and more specialised approch. Most of these are under one roof in a tier 1 city and now it's even in tier 2.. Your views are so childish.. Medicine isn't art anymore. It's now total science and in science you require hypothesis with evidence.. That's what differentiable diagnosis is now.. Tech helps a lot with this and with AI things will be even better.. Change your view because the world is advancing and i have never seen the frontiers in medicine saying stuff you are saying. Current method brought down morality rates in various areas. As per the psychological aspect we now have an increasing demand of psychiatrists and psychologists.. This doesn't seem like what you are talking but yeah upon lack of resources in many tertiary hospital your point is valid.. Lack of resources is problem from gov side not medicine side.. Medicine will more complex and we will need more people to collab to do a treatment..

Sir i used to follow you during covid times. i was watching a few podcasts of Taleb, and youtube algo recommend me your video... I wondered why... Then found again Taleb inside lol... Btw i only take nutraceuticals ... Mostly bioavailable minerals ... I rarely fall sick although... I met with an accident had brain injury and a few hemorrhages... So i was taking anti epilepsy medicines... But stopped it after 7-8 months although symptoms had not gone completely... But i managed to control using supplements and diet
