Nice to see KZbin suggest this. I'm from Shrewsbury as well but haven't been since 1998. Looks worth a revisit, the buildings bring back good memories! Nice video :)

Students who went to “normal” universities were to become teachers in high schools. I guess in the Chinese tradition, teachers taught students certain norms and standards in society, hence the word normal. It may be related to the teaching of Confucius I think.

Hi,I am Sarvagna Reddy, a 22-year-old from Hyderabad, India, with a bachelor's degree in commerce, currently halfway through the ACCA qualification. As a fresher with no professional experience, I am planning to pursue a master's degree in accounting or finance in Ireland. I would greatly appreciate your expert guidance on the following: 1.The most promising fields and specializations within accounting and finance for future career opportunities in Ireland. 2.Any specific qualifications or skills that are highly valued in the Irish job market for this sector. 3.Information on the PR (Permanent Residency) process and long-term settlement in Ireland. Your insights would be instrumental in helping me make an informed decision regarding my academic and career path.

Fair play on starting so young. But, let’s not misrepresent here - this is not a rental property - at least not pa paper/legal basis. It’s a residential / private property Many very very important differences. The mortgage - lower deposit required, much lower interest rate, longer Mortgage term, and many many lenders who will deal with you. Rental property would be buy-to-let. Interest area 1.5-2% higher usually. Maximum terms usually 20/25years. And, only probably 2-3 companies that will give these mortgages. And - even more difficult to get such a mortgage at a young age. Lastly - it’s not a rental property as it’s not registered with PRTB. If it were, you obviously wouldn’t have the €14k tax free per year etc. Again, fair play on buying, and making use of the Rent-A-Room scheme. But let’s not confuse people.
@brenfaltermeyer7 ай бұрын
You mention “tenants have a lot of power”. You also mention a lease for the tenants, and, that there are lots of questions you are not allowed to ask when screening tenants Surely as this is an owner occupier scenario, I.e. it is your home, rather than a commercial property, no PRTB type rules apply, and, the “lease” is merely an informal agreement between you and the tenants? That is, assuming you are bringing in under €14k/year, and running this under Revenue’s rent-a-room scheme, and you don’t have the other two rooms running as a commercial/PRTB registered activity? It’s obviously still in your long term interest to be careful with selection, and to be decent with people, but, I’d be curious to understand you have found some legislation which places any legal obligations on you in this scenario?

I’m from Toronto - but I very much preferred Sydney - good restaurants - groceries - shelter - cost of living runs about the same - wages not much different / Real Estate - very expensive / I loved the weather - I loved downtown Sydney - the Rocks & KingsCross - beautiful opera house & harbour / I lived in Rosebay - close to Bondi Beach - a very enjoyable place to be…. And live … Good subway system and public transit…

I was analyzing your KZbin channel (Sam & Gino) and are you struggling with subscribers and video views for monetization? Later I researched your channel and I saw your video SEO score is (0% Out of 100). Your video found that SEO optimization is not done in your videos due to which your videos are not going to your targeted people, your videos are getting fewer views and channel subscribers are getting fewer. I can help you to grow your youtube channal.
