Below are the details of the incidents: Incident on 29th October 2024 (Dhanteras Night): Mr. Abhinav Shakya dropped Ms. Payal Roy near her residence at 11:45 PM. When I inquired about her whereabouts, she told me she had reached home by 8:00 PM. Upon calling Mr. Abhinav for clarification, he avoided the matter and suggested I speak to Ms. Payal. Following this incident, Ms. Payal began avoiding communication with me. Incident on 6th December 2024: Late at night, around 11:00 PM, I saw Mr. Abhinav and Ms. Payal together in a Tata Nexon. They were visibly intoxicated and did not head directly to her residence but drove further ahead, approximately half a kilometer. Concerned, I intercepted their car and questioned their actions. Mr. Abhinav then drove Ms. Payal back to her home. When they arrived, I tried to discuss the situation with them, but Mr. Abhinav threatened Ms. Payal, implying that if she didn’t comply with him, she would have to resign. He handed her a laptop, and under duress, she asked me to leave, saying she would explain later.
