It is obvious to me that there must be two Environment Agencies as the comments bear no resemblance to the experiences of many people with the EA.They make up the rules and decide how to categorise events so when they can't be bothered they categorize an event as minor.A breathtaking performance by this individual.The recently formed OEP similarly flatters the EA and compliments their " performance".This is unbelievable.
