I opened this game on my Ipad last year and even my mom recognized the music! This game WAS my childhood. Though you guys aren’t the most famous mobile game developers, you’re definitely some of the most respected, hats off to the whole team!!

Hey Mika I'm curious, with the new developments with Unity engine runtime fees, what will come of the project? Will you be migrating engines? Really hoping development on this game can continue.

Good question! Development will continue one way or another, so no worries there. I was just texturing some environment art this past week. Unity is still a great engine, so its frustrating to see the company make such clumsy decisions. While the proposed fee shouldn't affect us (we've never passed $1M+ in a single year), the whole thing is just overly complicated, and I definitely won't abide having my install count decided by the app phoning home. Self-reported sales figures, while annoying to have to manage, is exactly how Epic handles things with Unreal, and is the only way any royalties or fees should be calculated. I've been working as a VFX artist for hire the last few years, and a lot of that time has been spent in Unreal. There were days even before this announcement where I considered switching, just because Unreal's art tools are spectacularly good. This whole situation definitely made me curious to learn a little more C++. 😄

I've been following this project for about a year and a half now and when i heard about the new fees I was nervous for a lot of Unity projects including this Zombieville 3D, really hyped for a revival of this series. Its really unfortunate how things are going down with the company right now but its relieving to hear things should continue as normal! Definitely helps you've got unreal experience just in case LOL.

I played Battleheart Legacy on Android many years ago, in 2016. It was and it is still the GOAT. Sadly no longer supported on newer version of Android. ❤ this game. Will there be a sequel to this legendary game?

Thanks for making a fun game. Battleheart Legacy is so cool. I enjoyed it so much. So, it was very disappointing that there was no DLC or sequel. It's not Battleheart Legacy, but I was happy to see that you were preparing the game for release on Steam.

Dude you are the best and my idol. I'm a digital game design student in Turkey.(actually i'm on the prep class so i will be a game design student .d) And you're definitely a representation of the path i want to follow. I hope in the future I will have a opportunity to talk to you when I have enough knowledge to ask you questions. I'm sure there will be a lot to learn from you. I don't know if you care, but there is someone in another part of the world who takes you as an example. I'm looking forward to your next game.
