No Staz On. It is alcohol base. But YES to Memento. Just be sure that it is thoroughly dry before working.

The colors in the 4 (24 pc) sets are great! However you get the BASICS in the 72 color sets and then the Lights, Brights, Pastels and Darks can be added for further adventure :)

Are the 4 sets good to use without the other 72 too???
