Great question! That depends on what type of skin-tone you want to use for Wally West's Flash. If you don't mind going darker brown skin-tone then you could use Darius from Camp Cretaceous or Finn from Starwars. There are 2 versions of Ned Leeds, you could buy off Bricklink.com for cheaper also.

You can add it back, it’s just a little more tedious. You have to heat the metal pole back up and then use bottle nose pliers to reinsert it while it’s still very hot. Let it cool back down and you’re good to go
