The bookshelf one is SO relatable. They distract me. So i arrange whatever books I hve Opposite. So the white parts are visible to me rather than the cover.

I'd suggest decluttering your setup: e.g. hide the cables, get rid of the plants and the lamp. Monitor light bar can be more versatile. Actually, I don't know what you are aiming for. In my ideal, there are only meaningful things and to me those plants or store bought vases are meaningless. I also find yellow light loathsome, preferring more white sun-like light.

Your secret toilet cleaning cuts with dancing like moves and laughter reminded me of Kintarou Oe from Golden Boy when he happily cleans his boss' toilet. 😂 Very informative video. Even though I'm interested in the Japanese culture for quite long, there were a few customs I haven't heard of before, so thank you. 🙏

I can’t speak for the Swiss, but here in America, on December 24th - Christmas Eve - most folks are at home gathered around the tree or going to Christmas Evening candlelight service at church. My own family never went to church on Christmas Day - it was always Christmas Eve. So, I am guessing that is why in Switzerland things are all closed up on the eve of the 24th. (Love this video, you are so adorable!)

I have a question why most Japanese people have horrible teeth 🦷! Just in the worst condition ever. Not really healthy 😂

You forgot to tell that watching movie here in Japan should not show emotion or should be quiet. No laughing aloud during comedy scenes, no screaming on horror movies, no crying during drama scenes. Just be quiet.

I remember reading about the Cultural Revolution in China. Secretly helping the group - for example, by cleaning the toilets at night when no one could see who was doing it - was a popular way to show your Communist spirit. I bet there's a common ethical teaching - maybe Confucian or buddhist behind this in both Japan and China. What do you think?

Actually I think Canadians mostly watch the credits too. I was shocked in India when I could hear all the seats going up, even before the final scene.

Question; if you stare at a Japanese person by accident, because they're attractive, and then they catch you staring, how do you smooth it over?

Very interesting video - not just because of the minimalist slant but because it was interesting to see Japanese products. I kept having to pause the video and go to Amazon to see if I could buy tatami mat slippers and Mocha towels and so on. 😂. I want a bamboo bike!❤

At 4:00, there was 0 doubt in my mind that he was going to say, "organize your toilet". I was very disappointed when he didn't. But I've concluded one thing; you all need to come over and clean my toilet. It will make you better people. You're welcome.
