i love eating the Umeboshi flavored one, its my first time eating Natto and it doesnt stink (at least in my opinion). People say this is a breakfast item, and I eat one packet with rice once a day. but its SOOO good. How many packets is recommended I can eat in a day?

Weird how this video popped up for me as I'm so messy, have next to no money and am mainly in a negative and depressed mood all the time. I'm hating life. I know I'm in a mess but something keeps putting me off doing things, I know it's in my head. One positive thing this year though is I lost 40kgs of fat and everyone at works is blown away. But the cleanliness, positive attitude, happiness, wealth ect is not there.

I like minimalism, however I cannot think of such complex and extremely expensive cooking equipment as used in this vid. as minimalist. I do use electricity, but steaming food uses much less electricity, I think, than the grilling, roasting, frying used here, etc. I think that's true. I am astonished to see my random food choices to be so similar. Yesterday eve my meal was egg banana soy milk, ground almonds and dates, steamed together to make a kind of pudding. I am mostly vegetarian, and eating other creatures makes me feel sad. So I very rarely eat fish or meat of any kind and much prefer plant milks and cheeses, to any made from animal products. Thank you for sharing food life experiences. I made a snow igloo too, but many years ago, when I was a child.

Aki, finally watching, help with answering your two questions Every video is great because of your honesty but the tea ceremony magic stands in a class of it's own Now community...building on a word you use a lot 'Energy' would be important I Think

I never thought about stuffed animals carrying negative energy. I have such a hard time letting them go for some reason. Can u ask what you do with them? If they are donated I feel like the energy will continue and feel the same way if they are thrown away in the trash. Would burning them be weird? I sometimes feel that burning items that may carry negative energy may be the best. Thoughts anyone?

I really like that storage shelf. It seems very practical in that one can store much in a compact space. I also appreciate the design with the clean lines and sliding door that keeps things out of view.

There is a lot of wisdom in this video. Happiness most often springs from the little things in life, and I can well imagine that noticing small flaws and scratches when cleaning, conditions the brain to notice beauty outside in everyday things.

Dear Samurai Matcha, I started my minimalist journey after whatching one of your videos... In that one you were saying to clean the toilet 😂. What? Will I be more successfull and lucky cleaning the toilet? I was astonished. That was the starting point. After 15 months I have decluttered my entire home.... And now I have more space for my wonderful family of parents, 2 teenagers, dog and 2 cats... more peace and joy... And I began to save money.... I am so greatful! I hope iI'll improve my english too. Greatings from Italy and thanks for your work ❤

I began to clean my toilet each day, which is a bit different as I live on a 37'6" sailboat in Santa Barbara Ca. This helped me begin a deep cleaning of my home. As there are many different areas of my boat, it is not reasonable to clean everything. I do all my basic cleaning and then decide on an area for that day.

One habit I do that I've noticed improve my own life is going outside during breaks during the day. The sun rises at 9.30am and sets at 2.30pm here during the winter, so that small bit of sunlight really does make a difference!
