I’m certain there’s a less obscene way to get around the copyright issue. For instance using a watermark of the OP’s account and a link to each KZbin account or locations(URL if it’s not from a KZbin account) where the videos were taken from. Also there is no issues with copyright infringement if there is any editorial overlay or commentary about what is being seen. These are just a few examples of ways that make it possible to avoid copyright infringement legitimately. I’m certain if you’ve watched other KZbin channels videos that has prerecorded content they used similar techniques to avoid copyright violations. Point being there are plenty of other less crappy ways to avoid copyright laws.

There are many ways around the copyright laws that are completely legal. You’ll need to do some extra research to be certain but a specific example that bypasses copyright law is using clips of copyright content in use of a review. As long as you’re not using the complete original content material you can use large swatches of the original material as long as you have dubbed voice audio with your own voice recordings in a format of a review of the OP’s original material. In these cases an acceptable format would be giving your own commentary on what is going on in the content in your own opinion as long as your audio and opinions aren’t direct plagiarism. This method is used in thousands of videos across KZbin. For example in any and all videos where a content creator is making a reaction video of copy written content. The key major components that are necessary to get around general copyright laws in this example are; not claiming that the content is your property and specify where the content was sourced, having unique content in addition to the original in a format that circumvents general copyright laws like dubbing over your own voice or AI created voice audio based on a non AI created script that you wrote if you don’t want to use your own voice because you aren’t particularly skilled at using the language for your contents target audience, and lastly watermark the video content with the OP’s account information over the video. The only things I would need to do more research about is the EULA that KZbin has for its content creation laws if there are any extra steps required for it to be legal on their platform. My guess is there isn’t many because I’ve seen thousands of reaction videos that haven’t been removed from KZbin and I subscribe to many channels that use very similar techniques to the ones I described above and their channels aren’t ever banned or suspended when they use these same methods. The only other things besides possible KZbin specific EULA content creation rules that prohibit the use of certain types of content is I know KZbin expressly prohibits the use of certain explicit content, particularly in cases where it is part of an on going criminal investigation, the comments dubbed over the copy written material is falsified claims that can lead people to believe something that isn’t true. This specifically is in reference to material that has dubbed content to create a false narrative that leads people to believe in a narrative that can sway people to believe something that isn’t true. For instance if you dub over content related to news that falsely claims a person or group is responsible for things that you can’t prove with factual evidence. The last big thing is the content itself cannot have the type of explicit content that contains actual events that shows mistreatment of people, death or dismemberment, sexually explicit material, or any abuse of a minor described in KZbins EULA. Now all of the information above is if you wish to make content that can be used to make money. If money isn’t a concern then you can pretty much copy any content you want and post it as long as you cite the source and doesn’t contain any of the content with the last few content examples I gave like showing real footage of death and dismemberment. Again I’d need to do a bit of extra research to get all the details of these rules and laws but what I wrote above is the general idea. It’s actually easier to be demonetized by using copy written music than by using copy written video. In general however it’s usually fair play to use sections of copy written material in a piece of content in use of a review of said content.
