Hi Surabhi! I have tried various recepies of yours and each one of them has turned out to be awesome. Today I am trying this bread recepie , I followed all the measurements of ingredients but at the end my bladder became quiet dense,I added some milk to it but still it was very thick, please let me know where I could have gone wrong ...TIA

Mix 1 quart half n half with 1 cup heavy cream. Boil it and keep it in refrigerator overnight for thick malai. You can boil same milk again for second batch of malai.

It is not air tight completely because it is made of wood. I didn’t see any moisture build-up over the years.
