It's nice to see how a song develops even from its original album recording over time - the instrumentation changes and inflection differences are really excellent! Her sound is always peak when it's stripped back and intimate imo

Brilliant, gets me every time

KT Tunstall and Sara Bareilles are two artists who, although I'm happy exist, should be way further up the recognition chart in my opinion. But that probably goes against their music genre.

Thank you KT for writing this beautiful, tragic song. I was in a 7 year long distance relationship (USA - Indonesia) since high school, which didn't work out in the end. This song hits me hard the first time I heard it in the myspace/early youtube days. 12 years later, it was foolish of me to get engaged long distance (USA - Ireland) for 3 years, and it wasn't meant to be either. Hence, every time I hear this song, I was reminded of the feeling that I don't ever wanna feel again. Will I make the same foolish mistake? I might. We all do. Do I still believe love is worth it? Maybe. One thing for sure, that agony makes some good songwriting. I've released at least 6 songs as a reflection of those heartbreaks in the past, so the pain was not all in vain. -red.

The performances are great, but the "directing" / editing is awful. Not to mention all the gratuitous ad placement. KT was amazing live in Austin in 2011 and earlier.
