The last song is best remembered as sung by Jonty. His bass is also better. To be honest, Ritchie's baritone, Will's rhythm and George's solos were all missing. IDK what reserve cadre the band took to this world famous venue?

Joan Baez is one of the top 5 most underrated writers in the history of history. She’s a damn poet and a beautiful one. Another one is my friend John Prine, who is forever resting in Peace. ☮️

I saw Judy Collins at the Majestic Theater in the late 90s and it was a show of perfection. When she sang Send in the Clowns I broke down. My wife, who was more into Korn, never understood it. She still doesn’t. Songs like Send in the Clowns, Both Sides Now, Longer, Rainbow Connection (Kermit’s version) instantly take me back to the beautiful memories of my childhood. Hearing those songs is almost better than looking at pictures, they’re the closest thing to a time machine that we have.

wonderful sound quality and I love the frequent use of fuzz distortion,! After all the traditional mbiras of Africa have been given distortion by attaching shells and metal objects to the solid body to get fuzz distortion for thousands of years! The guitar is the late commer for distortion, this is the old school original for that!
