I though the narrator, Tony Jay, could have done the the voice of God. Then I realized he had. He was the voice of the Supreme Being in Time Bandits. The parts where the head was chasing the bandits.

There is a book called Albert fish in his own words that has alot of his own writings and confessions

21:40. There's no record of Fish giving his biography.

Fish NEVER mentioned The Bible or anything even remotely religious in his letters to his victims' parents. His Mother had a history of hallucinations and mental illness ran in his family, and every biography of Fish I've seen quoted says that he was physically abused at the government run orphanage. This documentary gets 5.5 out of 10 by IMDB because it's based on a lie.
