Stock XT tires. I don't recommend honestly. I'm going to be upgrading to 23mm hex adapters and run arrma 8s dboots soon

Yes sir bone stock. Just tuned it up and run 32 to 1 mixture. Runs extremely well. It didn't run like that when I first got it. Once I dialed in the carb it runs like a completely different truck!

Nice to see someone running a sidepipe on a stock chassis build.... I'm running a Sirio .27 with aJP3 in mine and its insane...I was gonna go with some 1/8 diffs,but the E-revo diffs are plenty strong... Robinsons are a must and steel centers(atleast at the rear) ..biggest mod I can recommend,is do the Ofna/Hobao fuel tank mod... it'll change the whole way the truck holds tune..and it holds a little more than the stock tank so a little more run time ...Nice build man..Big blocked Maxxs are fun.

I dig it! You will get more! The MT was my first and it just snowballed ahahaha. Your XT runs well. Consider a remote killswitch for it too. Runaway 5th is scary lol. Keep up the vids!!

Thanks man i appreciate it!! Yes for sure the remote kill switch is on my next batch or parts to order. Time for a clutch too. I have been having a ball with this thing. I scored a vintage traxxas 1/5 monster buggy a while back, going to make a video on it soon! I have actually been subbed to you for a while now! Lik3 the content man!

@kentuckyrc2142 oh man! Nice score on that Traxxas 5th! Probably just be a shelf king, but I would love to have one. I'm sure parts are scarce.

@SteelCityRC dude yeah I have only ran it a handful of times. You can't find absolutely anything for them. I will post a video going over it soon you can check it out. All I had to do was replace the primer bulb and that thing fired up probably 5th pull. It is in very good shape.

@steelcityrc What clutch would you reccomend upgrading to? Mine is shot lol I have had my eyes on a few but figured I would ask someone who has been in the 5th scale scene a a while.

Great content 👍 I've always liked the MGT trucks. 8.0 and 3.0. Im pretty happy with my Tmaxx, but that has to be one of the best trucks to be discontinued! All the torque and a better suspension a monster truck needs 💯

I also had a .26 laying around and all I did was put it in I extended the rear end a good 3.5 inches and got longer drive shaft and way better then the 2.5 power now

Those trucks were awesome ,I too wish that they weren't discontinued ,as so did Thunder Tiger discontinued their whole line of engines that powered these beast! It was about 5 years ago give or take that Thunder Tiger sold all of their engine line that they had in stock all on sale practically giving it away ,I had missed out on the sale as I seen the add too late , all of the 15 ,21 ,28 & 8.0's were sold out! Thunder Tiger manufactured those engines for Team Associated and their trucks! Awesome run of that beast an loved to see it in action again!..😎💯👍

Love the Rampage xt platform! I have the XT, XB buggy, and I'm working on an XR rally. What makes them special is the weight- at least 10 lbs. lighter than all other fifth scale 4wd trucks! I converted the XB hubs to 24 mm hex since tires for them are non-existent. Shame they discontinued the XB, XR, and TT versions. Only Rampage gassers left are the XT, and MT, but that's a different truck that weighs 33 lbs. Xt is around 23..
