This is a great printer if you work from home. I wouldn't want it in my office and it certainly is no replacement for the office copier or a good color laser printer. Single sided prints look fine but double sided prints, especially if there is a lot of print on both sides don't look very professional so its useless to me for customer presentations.......those still need to be printed in the office.

Really enjoyed this class! Great job. The hands on experience gives me a lot of confidence and the knowledge so that I can practice on my own. I've taken the stop the bleeding course over the last 1 1/2 years about 8 times. Most courses were almost identical, but all covered everything needed in the course. I've also had the opportune to perform the stop the bleeding twice in real life experience. Both very good and successful experiences.

Your Anne looks like the older "original" Anne. The website says the upgrade will not work with the older Anne - but yours seems to work just fine! Can you confirm?
