The doctor at our local hospital gave me Cefuroxime Axetil 500g to be taken 2 times a day for 7 days to treat my condition(my OB was not available at this moment) but after 2 days of taking it, I felt itchy in my genital area-I am currently on my 4th day in this medication. I was also diagnosed with UTI way back in my 2nd trimester and my OB gave me Co-amoxiclav to treat it and I also felt an itchy genital while taking the said antibiotics. I went back to my OB and had him known my condition and he said my UTI was gone already and what I was experiencing was BV.Why I am always feeling itchy down there whenever I take antibiotics? Is it because of a BV again or could be just a reaction to antibiotics? I do look forward to your response Ma'am.Thank you!

I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with my 12th baby. And ive been bleeding for the past 24 or so hours. Almost like a regular period. My lower abdomen was tender but no definitive contractions and no clots at all. Most of theblood came out on toilet paper when i used the bathroom. Im also recovering from mild pneumonia.
