This is a natural process of changing hair strands. The first results begin around the initial 2 or 3 months and we have a definitive result around 12 months (the only exception is the crown area, where it takes 18 months on average)

the transplated hair is dht resistant.the rest can fall though and you will end looking like a monk with the hole in the middle.stil its not necessary and lots of guys dont even need medication afterwards

The transplanted hairs will not fall out because they are from the region that does not suffer from DHT (hormone that causes hairloss). However, the original hairs, if left untreated, will thin until they disappear with the loss of the hair bulb, which is why we always recommend a hair protocol so that our patients' hair remains strong and healthy for many years.
