This building is currently being cited by the city of San Diego. On August 24, 2024, the city of San Diego issued this apartment building an official "Civil Notice Order and Citation." * Unpermitted moisture remediation work for multiple units on multiple floors with extensive replacement of plumbing work and drywall or insulation including in the common egress hallways. This work was for a flood associated with fire sprinkler activation on a floor above unit 811. * Unit 4003 also had similar remediation. * Remediation work required to be performed for unit 3012 per report dated April 26, 2024 for limited preliminary water damage and fungal assessment. * Elevator permit has expired as of July 25, 2024. Case No. 0527244 One would be a fool to purchase a condo here in my opinion. I am sure you will be assessed $1,000s of dollars.

@@RossVesci I helped develop Aviara. I was working for the City of Carlsbad Engineering Department. I was the Engineering Inspector for that whole project! I met Arnold Palmer, he was the main contributor to the design of the Aviara Golf Course! 🤙🏼

I lived in Carlsbad in the early 1990’s! I wish I never moved, but I lost my job!😩 I had purchased a Condominium in the La Costa area on Caringa Way! It cost me $150,000 at that time! I just checked recently and my Condo is now over $800,000.00! Stupid me, I should have found another job and stayed put in my Condo, Oh well, live and learn!! 🤷🏻♂️
